Provence

Hello Everyone :D Not such a long time ago I told you about a manga called The One, and today I'm gonna tell you about another manga from the same mangaka, Nicky Lee. Provence is a rather short romance manhwa about a sister and a brother and that own a café together. I did'nt think it was that special, but it was an ok to pass time with it. The art is very good :D and I guess it was rather good story aswell, a bit predictable though. One thing I like is that it was like 2 stories really...with the same setting and people in it. The first volume is one love story with the brother and the other volume with his older sister. Well :D if you're bored read it! Soon i will also write a post about Youth Gone Wild! I've read everything that's scanlated right now from that manga so I got some things to say. It's 14 volumes long so far... a lot of manga but so worth reading. The mangaka Nicky Lee made Youth Gone Wild aswell.

About

Provence is a popular cafe that is owned by brother and sister, Hayes and Hayumi. Many young girls come to Provence just to meet Hayes. In the first story we meet Yune who is a high school student who illustrates childrens books, who is enamored of Hayes. Will she be able to confess how she feels?

The One

:D Good...Afternoon people!

This Manhua I started reading just before I went to Spain, and I LOVE IT. when you find really long shoujo manhua which are like slice of likfe ,love and character growth WITH a good plot and characters, you just have to...get addicted. Don't now if oyu understod any of that, but well this manga is simply awesome. It's name is The One and the writer/illustrator is named Nicky Lee.The story is about the maincharacter Cane Lele and starts with her wanting to become a model atthe age of 16. The manhua is about her way to fame and climing in the harsh world of showbiz. She encounters very quickly two twins, Eros and Angus who's story we'll follow aswell. The art is really good by the way. I'ts not the best I've seen, but the settings and characters are still very well made and attractive.

This is maybe a little secret of mine but I've probably watched every season of Americas Next Top Model, so when I found this really long manhua about modeling, with a very serious shoujo plot it made me thrilled, and the manhua exceeded my expectations. Well you can read the summary below and start reading this very nice manga. It's not completed yet and I think it's got a realese every month or so, but it's worth it. I've read another work of Nicky Lee aswell that I'll probably write about sometime, but that one's a lot shorter. Right know I'm reading another one of her works (With muusiic omg!) , but since that's already completed I'll write about it when I've finished it.

Hello Everyone and Good Morning! Today I will make a short post cause I'm gonna watch Paranomoral Acitivty :O Wish my soul to be spared.

Olimpos is a manga written by a mangaka called Aki. It's a rather short manga I decided to read when I found a picture of the illustrations which I thought were really interesting. I started to read the manga and it was interesting aswell. Philosophical in a way and I read it through and through in a day. I like when you found different manga with a really unique plot, like this one. Well if you have a really strong like for old greek mythology, read it :D. About Ganymede, the youngest prince of Troy, is trapped in a world of eternal night and beautiful white flowers that never wilt. Apollo - the man responsible for his imprisonment - visits him often, never quite telling him what he has been brought there for. Soryanaize Darling

Hello everyone :D these past weeks have been......bad. School really sucks tbh. This is a manga I read when I was sick. Soryanaize Darling is a shoujo manga with comedy and of course romance :D It's written by Nagae Tomomi. It's quite long and it's completed very nice to read if you're bored some day. This manga is quite similar to a lot of mangas when it comes to drama and such, but the plot is pretty unique I think. I think the time travel thing is really random and I did'nt get it from the start, but you just have to go along with it, it makes the story funnier. I love when in a manga the guy gets totally obsessed with the girl, but she tries to resist and eventually gives in ;D Love is awesome. You can read the whole manga here.About the Manga

Hello everyone, this weekend has been a hell for me but I'm writing you a post anyway. This manga has been my escape since friday so. MARS an superawesome manga, it's a long time ago I read such a honest and romantis shoujo manga. The illustrator/author is named Souryo Fuyumi and I like the way she illustrates her characters. It's unique in a way, at least the guys. The maincharacters Rei and Kira are very cute and I like the fact that they're both kind of the opposite of the other, but in the ground they're very alike. I guess when it comes to love it's whats in the deepest parts of our hearts and desires that makes us fit perfect with eachother. Jeez I'm deep today guys! I like the fact that it has 15 volumes. It will keep me busy for a while. I'm currently in the fifth so. You can read it here. It has been adapted to a taiwanese drama, 21 episodes, but I'll come back to that when I've watched it. :D Enjoy guys About the MangaKira Aso and Rei Kashino meet when Rei asks Kira for directions to a local hospital one day in the park, but instead of telling him the directions she draws him a map and hands it to him without saying a word. On the back of the directions is a picture Kira drew of a mother and child. On the first day of school they are both surprised to find that they are in the same class. Later Rei walks in on their teacher sexually harassing Kira. Rei promises to protect Kira in exchange for a painted version of the sketch that was on the back of the map. He also offers to "lend Kira his body" and she asks him to model for her.

Kimi ni Todoke

Hello :D A few weeks ago Kimi ni todoke season two started! I just had to tell you that :O Kimi ni Todoke is the most innocent and I guess cute manga I've ever seen. Sawako must be the I dono, most naive and cute girl in a manga/anime xD All shoujo fans out there if you have'nt seen or read Kimi ni todoke, DO THAT NOW :D It's a very nice shoujo manga. Here you can watch season two :D. I have only seen the first episode. I plan to watch all of the episodes when maybe ten or so has already aired. Hello I've read alot of manga these past days and today i'll tell you all about a mnaga named Otomegokoro. It's a shoujo manga and it has only 8 chapters. I read it in an hour and I found it rather amusing. Not the best shoujo manga ever but it was fun and you can read it if you're bored sometime. It's a love triangle drama and one of the characters named Izumi made me angry all the time, but the manga ended happily. It's very kliche like mot of these shoujo manga who's got a popular boy, a weird girl and of some reason he's interested in her and you know the storya but I just find them so CUTE so I can't stop reading them. The author of this manga is Ayu Watanabe and she's also the author of 2 other mangas I'm reading but i'll talk about them some other time. You can read this supercute manga here :D.About the Manga

Kaichou Wa Maid-Sama

Kaichou Wa Maid-Sama is the name of an anime I've started watching. I've been on a lot of trips and such, so I have'nt watched anything except Naruto this summer but when I came home I wanted to start again. Kaichou wa Maid-Sama reminds me alot of Ouran High School Host Club and Special A. It's a very funny manga, I love when it's really super crazy from time to time, like in Skip Beat. The Manga is very nice to I think and the plot is probably the same too. If you want to watch something really funny or read I recommend Kaichou Wa Maid-Sama. It's not seirous at all but hilarious, and the anime started airing this spring so there is only 16 episodes atm. Btw I want to say that if you're able to buy the manga I write about on the blog do that aswelll, because the artists need support :D.

Hello people : D Today i'll tell you about a manga i'm reading right now, Kyō, Koi wo Hajimemasu (aka Today, I'll Start Our Love(...sounds I dono fail but the serie is really good))This manga is suupeeercute, nice, amazing, moving, I dono how two describe it. As a school life-shoujo fan I LOVE this manga, I read every realesed chapter in like two days and I'm reading the manga right now when the new chapters are realesed too. I think the drawing style Minami Kanan the creator have in this manga is super cute. It's a very kliche manga, bad boy with a gentle inside falls in love with a nerd girl and everyone becomes jealous of them and she finds his inner self and blabla you know the story, but anyway no matter how many times I read this kind of series I never get tired of doing it, cause their so good. Hana Yori Dango, Boys Before Flowers

Ohayo People! Long time no see!
This week we have easter holiday (I guess you say so) in sweden, so I've been very bored and watched japanese tv dramas and read manga all the time. I seriously love holidays and hate school, but whatever.

Today I will tell you about this awesome tv drama Hana Yori Dango (Boys before Flowers) I've been watching. It's originally a manga and this particular manga is quite interesting because its been adapted to 3 different tv dramas and an anime and 2 movies, one live action and one anime. I've been watching the japanese drama and if you want to read more about the others you can cheek it out here on wikipedia (I LOVE wikipedia.) the japanese Drama is 20 episodes and 2 seasons, there is also a movie after that as I will watch today and probably post something about later.The Manga is probably supernice since the tv drama is. I recommend you to read the manga first if you wan't to read it and watch the serie too. I think their very similar and it's not so fun to read a manga if already know the whole plot, then it's more interesting to watch a manga you've read made into anime or live action. if you're interested in reading the manga you can read it here. I will watch the korean version of this tv drama too that's being broadcast right now in korea. Good Morning Call

Hello :D Today i'll tell you about a manga I've been reading a couple of hours today, that I really like. I have'nt finished the manga its 11 volumes, but I probably will until the end of the week(next week that is). It's a typical shoujo manga and has most of the things shoujo mangas usually have, love, jealousy a lot of friendship, A LOT OF DRAMA and well normal school life too. Well it's a little bit crazy and very amusing and I love shoujo manga with realistic themes and well its just supercute so if you're into mangas like the ones Kaho Miyasaka makes you will probably like this one. You can read Good Morning Call here and its written/drawed by Yue Takasuka. The Manga has also been made into an OVA.AboutNao Yoshikawa stays behind to live by herself when her parents leave to inherit her grandpa's farm in the country. On the day she moves into her new apartment she soon discovers that it was rented also to Hisashi Uehara--a cute, super-cool, popular guy from her school. Not only did their housing agency unexpectedly close down, the landlord of the apartment tells them that they had to pay more for their aparment then they had expected. With no money and no home to return to, Nao and Hisashi decide to live together as flatmates.By the way I will soon read a manga they say have similarities to Death Note that I have very high hopes for. I will also tell you a a bit about Kaho Miyasakas series. She creates very nice shoujo manga and I've read a lot from her so there will be some posts about them sometime.

Asa mo, Hiru mo, Yoru mo

Today I finished Ludwig Kakumei and I'm kind of sad because of that. I loved to read that manga T_T Luckily I will continue wiht another manga called Good Morning Call. When I've finished that I'll tell you about it too, it's a really interesting manga.Today the manga will be.....Asa mo, Hiru mo, Yoru mo. It's a short manga that I had forgotten xD so it's not that special but it's still good. I'm very tired today so I will just give you a brief summary about it. 11 chapters long, you can read it here and the artist/author is Aoki Kotomi. It's a romantic shoujo manga. AboutShinobu is a typical high school girl...with a typical hatred of boys. Long ago, she was horribly abused by one and hasn't been able to tolerate being near them since. Now Yokomizo has appeared before her--a boy who looks exactly like the one who tormented her in the past. He's the last guy she wants to have around, but then he confesses his love to her!?

Orange Planet

Good evening people today I'll tell you about Orange Planet, a supercute manga serie I read a year ago. It's written/drawed by the same person who made Cherry Juice Fukushima Haruka. It has its simliarities with Absolute Boyfriend because of the way they live. The female maincharacter caught between two guys . The one she's loved for ages that live next door, and the one that's suddenly living in her home, both causing a lot of drama. I really liked the manga because its so innocent, cute and really a typical shoujo manga. I'ts not something you will remember forever but a nice manga to read if you have the time. You can read it here.AboutOrange Planet is about Rui, a high school student in love. One day, while delivering a love letter, Rui finds herself caught in a fire! Eisuke, the owner of the apartment that caught fire, says that since he saved Rui from the fire, that he should live in her home! This will be a problem for Rui, because her childhood friend, Tarou, lives next door and often comes into Rui's house unexpexctedly. Will Rui be able to put up with Eisuke living in her home without being caught?BTW tomorrow i'll tell you about a manga I've been addicted to these last few days. I will probably finish it today too. Its super funny and something really interesting if you have a crazy humour and like fairytales.

Cherry Juice

Hello this is a manga I read a couple of years ago. Its 20 chapters and 4 volumes long and its really cute. Not the best manga every but a nice shoujo manga I would say. I'f you're bored its fun to kill time with. It's a bit akward I think because its a love story between two step siblings. I mean they are not realted in blood but it feels akward anyway and I was really irritated about this fact throughout the whole story. However you may not, so read it. I think it was good anyway. The author is Fukushima Haruka and you can read it here. Fukushima Haruka has written/drawed another even better manga I will tell about tomorrow.AboutMinami and Otome have been step siblings for five years. Their grandmother is staying with them, taking up Minami's room while she recovers from surgery. This results in Minami having to bunk in his sister's room. They have divided the room with a sheet hanging from the ceiling between the bed where Otome sleeps and a futon on the floor where Minami is sleeping. This often results in Otome either falling half-dressed out of her bed and onto Minami or Minami knocking down the sheet while Otome isn't there and rifling through her things. Shortly afterterwards, a boy named Amane kisses Otome and they begin to date. This sparks emotions in Minami, forcing him to realize that he may feel more for Otome than brotherly love. As Minami begins to express this inner struggle through teasing, harsh words, and awkward romantic gestures, Otome comes to feel the same things.

S.P.Y

S.P.Y is a manga written by Ayane Ukyou. It's very nice and the theme is swimming. Its a rather short shoujo manga. I read it in a couple of hours and good entertainment if you're bored. Sometimes I like to read short series that end quickly just for fun. The ones you can read for weeks must be super good. Its not the best manga ever but its ok and I liked it. Its only 13 chapters and you can read it here.

Perfect Girl Evolution

OMG Seriously I had almost forgot this anime/manga Perfect Girl Evolution ,(aka Wallflower). I saw the anime maybe a year ago think and I've never read the manga, BUT I will do that when I have time. However! People listen carefully now this anime is so funny I get sick. Your cheeks will hurt and eyes cry, if you have an awesome humour like me then,(heh). The Manga is very long around 100 chapters at the moment and not finished. It's written/drawed by Hayakawa Tomoko. You can read it here. It's superfunny and really well just funny I love it, and will watch it again. The Female maincharacter is probably one of the coolest ever.

Today im quite sad because I'm soon finished with Kaikan Phrase, all 44 episodes... T_THowever I will still give you a new post about an awesome japanese tv drama that's really funny, and its originaly a manga. It's superfunny and i read the whole manga in one day. It's ofcourse a shoujo manga but mostly a comedy and well just watch it! Its hilarious. The japanese tv drama is not exactly the same but the characters and the main things in the plot is. It's not necessary to read the manga before watching the drama, it does't ruin anything. If you want to read the manga you can read it here. I know the manga seems really perverted when you see the cover, but its not at all, its just that guy who is a pervert.

Kimi ni Todoke

Kimi ni todoke (aka. Reaching you) is a manga written drawed by Shiina Karuho. It's a supercute typical school romance shoujo manga. I think its super cute really and I have'nt finished the manga but I watch the anime now and then. The anime is rather new and premiered in the winter 09. However I think that if you want to watch the anime you should read the manga first and then do it because it's funnier then. The story is the same but watching an anime and then read the manga is not fun. Believe me I did that with Death Note and I could'nt even finish one chapter, even though I'm probably missing a lot by not reading it. I know the anime trailer is dubbed but i could'nt find it subbed so.

Ouran High School Host Club

Hello :D Omg it was a long time ago i saw his manga but its still worth telling about!It's an anime and a manga, but I've only watched the anime. I will read the manga though someday when i have time. It's really funny if you have a good sense of humour, not the funniest ever but I watched the whole anime in like 4 days or something so. I hate the opening but..IT'S WORTH LOOKING AT! I think there is around 24 episodes. The Manga is written/drawed by Hatori Bisco and is not finished yet. It's currently around 83 chapters and you can read the manga here. Tomorrow I will tell you about probably one of the top funniest and best animes I've watched ever!

One day, Haruhi, a scholarship student at exclusive Ouran High School, breaks an $80,000 vase that belongs to the "Host Club", a mysterious campus group consisting of six super-rich (and gorgeous) guys. To pay back the damages, she is forced to work for the club, and it's there that she discovers just how wealthy the boys are and how different they are from everybody else.
